How to use
● After brushing teeth as usual, take about 10 ml (3 to 4 pumps) and rinse your mouth thoroughly for about 20 to 30 seconds before spitting it out.
● No need to rinse with water after use.
How to use the pump
● Using your hand, keep the cap in place and turn the nozzle counterclockwise. (If the nozzle does not come up, tighten the cap, then turn the nozzle again)
● When using for the first time, push the pump several times until the contents comes out.
