② Place the comb at the base of your eyelashes and apply while lifting upward toward the tips to raise the lashes.
● When using as a mascara primer, allow it to dry before layering over mascara.
● We recommend using a makeup remover for the eye area to remove.
● Wipe clean the spout of the container and tightly close the cap after use.
